Each client and their employees have available to them their own dedicated BMB service representative to assist with issues that may arise. We ask our clients to avoid wasting their own time when having to deal with problems between themselves and the insurance carrier. Our service representatives are in constant contact with the insurance companies and can trouble-shoot problems to a rapid and satisfactory solution.
